We are searching for the Managing Director Italy as Burckhardt Compression continues to consolidate their existing global business they are also focused on expansion in selected markets and segments. As the Managing Director Italy, you will be instrumental in taking the Service business to a leadership position in the compressor market. This will be achieved by developing, aligning, communicating and implementing a mid to long term strategy and a dynamic operational plan. Leadership of your team and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive high levels of customer satisfaction is imperative.

SUMMARY ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Vice President Region Europe, your role is to deliver on the agreed strategic intent, volume, growth targets for your assigned market.
The four core success factors of the role are:
- Capture – Identify and capture opportunities for business growth of existing installed base through traditional and innovative segmentation, whilst concurrently driving a strategy to expand into new, profitable and sustainable areas.
- Customer – Deep and analytical understanding of the customer in terms of how BC can help bridge some of the gaps/challenges and as such act as a long-term partner with common goals.
- Capability – Performance management, leadership, knowledge management, growth of service business maturity levels.
- Collaboration – Drive high levels of collaboration with customers, between stakeholders, across functional teams, with peers, employees through alignment of performance, agile working practices and high levels of motivation.
